WOULD ONE FORM 14A WORK FOR A FAMILY APPLICATION?
No, each applicant must submit a separate Form 14A, including children.
DOES MY ORIGINAL PASSPORT NEED TO BE SUBMITTED?
Yes, the physical, original passport is a mandatory requirement for all visa applications.
IN FORM 14A- PG2, SEC- II;
WHAT NEEDS TO BE FILLED FOR A HOUSEWIFE/ CHILD IN PLACE OF OCCUPATION & INCOME?
In case of a housewife;
Under occupation please write 'HOUSEWIFE'
Under income - incase of no income please put '0000'

In case of a minor;
Under occupation please write 'CHILD'
Under income - incase of no income please put '0000'
IN CASE OF A MINOR, WHAT ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS & DOCUMENTATIONS ARE NEEDED?
In case of a Minor travelling with parents:
1) Please complete 'the companion section' on page 4 of Form 14A
2) Thumb impression/ Signature is mandatory for the applicant as per their passport along with their parents signature on Form 14A, the covering letter & the authority letter
3) In case of a typed form, the signature/ thumb impression of the applicant as well as the signature of the parents is required on all pages of the application.
4) The passport copy of both parents is mandatory to be attached with the application

In case of Minor travelling alone:
1) All of the above will be applicable
2) Additionally, an NOC from both parents will be required.
